New Talents Inc.com is a web site designed specifically with you, the artist, in mind. Our viewers will include you the Artist, the general public and importantly executives and recruiters of the music industry. If you are seeking mere publicity, record contract or even performance gigs, you are definitely in the right place!
New Talents, Inc. generates an avenue for publicity for all its artists. However, we at New Talents, Inc. will not, whether implied, written, or verbally, guarantee that any Artist advertising through New Talents Inc.com will get a record contract or performance gigs. Privileges and Services will include but not limited to a chance to win Artist of the Week, thus your picture and song will be displayed on the Wall of Fame until the end of our Anniversary year. The chance to be viewed and exposed to the world and all its inhabitants to include music producers, music executives, club owners/managers and the general public.
New Talents, Inc will be busy promoting these artist that are selected to be on our website, we will shop to radio stations, seeking their co-operation in playing some of you, the artist music. We will be shopping around to producers, making them aware of your musical presence in the industry. We will be shopping around to clubs seeking fresh new musical talents and very importantly we will be shopping to the general public, seeking their participation in voting for artist of the week.

* All work that is submitted to New Talents, Inc. should be your original work. (If not, authorization from the owner must be given to you.) Note: New Talents, Inc. is not responsible for any suits brought on by failure to abide by this rule!

* Ensure that all works that is submitted by you, the Artist, is copyrighted as a means of protecting yourself. Note: New Talents, Inc. will not be held liable for individuals taking your work, so please protect yourself and copyright your work!!!

* All work submitted to New Talents, Inc. must be tasteful (limit the use of profanity). Must be free of racial slurs, attacks on any race or culture! Please keep all submitted work clean; minors are also a very important audience of new music!

* New Talents, Inc. reserves the right to deny the uploading of any materials submitted.
